Our Advice and Information Workers are all highly trained and experienced in dealing with older people's issues. The service we offer has been awarded the Quality Mark of the Community Legal Service.
We can help you with money matters, including benefits; pensions & bills; housing rights; landlord problems & neighbours; health and social care; leisure and social activities; your rights to local services - and most other things that affect your quality of life.

Citizens Advice Hammersmith & Fulham helps thousand of people to resolve their legal and money issues, along with a huge variety of other issues, by providing free, independent and confidential advice every year.

We are an independent debt and money advice charity which exists to help anyone suffering under the burden of debt, whatever the cause. Description of Services:
Healthier Homes Project is a Public Health funded project to assist in reducing hospital admissions, GP visits and winter deaths caused by people living in homes that are too cold, damp or are in dangerous conditions that put their health at risk.
The project works as an advice and referral service. Referrals can either be self-referrals or referrals from health, community or social providers.
The range of services include:
* Central heating installations, upgrades and repairs (Based on tenure)
* Emergency heating in cold weather
* Fuel debt advice and income maximisation
* Fuel Tariff advice
* Energy Efficiency visits
* Accident Prevention visits
* Referrals for disabled facilities grants and home safety grants
* Accident prevention grants
* Environmental Health enforcement for private tenants and Housing Associations (subject to agreed protocols) to ensure the home in question is safe and warm. Also for Council tenants where referrals are based on health grounds
